We stand behind a region leading 2-Year Warranty on Labor and Craftsmanship

This Warranty Covers:

 

Replacement of defective components (rails, posts, boards) if such defects are revealed during the period of 12 months since the date of installation

 

Correcting any errors made by the installation team

Adjustment of gate hardware to ensure proper function due to normal use

​

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

​

Damages caused by vandalism, climbing, vehicle damage, misuse by owner, or other external factors including ‘Acts of God’ (storms, floods, fires, tree falls, lightning, other natural disasters, or unexpected events)

 

Parts of limited regular functionality due to their natural wear and tear

 

Placement issues due to property line disputes or failure to comply with local ordinances including procurement of necessary permits or variances

 

(FOR WOOD) Naturally occurring events after installation, including minor warping, shrinking, discoloring, checking, waning, grain raising, or minor splitting of boards or rails, unless it is deemed excessive and beyond normal wood acclimation
